今天端午節3:30到南寮參加新竹巡禮45K超馬
賽前擔心熱到爆的溫度及太陽會引起中屬
結果老天賞臉,一路多雲時陰,但仍悶熱
一直到30K後太陽才正式露臉,真好
16K犁頭山遇到遠東晨跑團,互相打氣,讚
35K及38K有兩位熱心跑友提供私人補給,讚
今天和莊振局老師結伴一起跑,一起回終點
老莊真的很耐跑,後半段多在我前面等我,感恩
賽事結束大會時間5:29,淨時間4:40左右
回到終點以為是第4,結果好像是第2
因為跑在我前面那兩位,跑錯路回到終點已經51K了
我還恭喜他們多賺了6K啊,呵呵
這場大概是夏日最後一馬,實在太熱了
