山區小路都是古人,讓人覺得淒風慘慘,一路都好冷。
半路有人補偉恩咖啡,太大罐只好學藤原下坡跑看會灑出來嗎?🤣果然技術太差,只能一直喝。
這場只是練長距離,所以就不跟女總拼了。就前面8公里跟初跑馬的馬尾妹跑一段,可惜聞不到馬尾香🤣 賽後評分: 山路不適合小弱弱來跑,太陡了。
