台南Yo日 這場賽事前半馬找了很多當地的老人家出來當加油團
鍋碗瓢盆都拿來當工具敲打,
算是我遇過的賽事中最令人感動的加油團了
整體來說今天的天氣很棒,沒有太陽,溫度雖然稍高,
但也不會說是炎熱了,
補給算是中規中矩,路線高低起伏不多,
絕對是一場破PB的好場所!
印象最深刻的大概是有一輛迎面而來的轎車
突然伸出手來送了我們兩罐昂貴的red bull
難怪大家說會運動的小孩不會變壞
會來路跑的都是好人
在22K的地方喝到這罐,
