今天跑到15K時就不想跑了 也不知道什麼原因
30K後只能跑跑走走 到了38K雙腳小腿輪流抽筋
到了40K才又開始用跑的
沒能跟上土哥430列車 真是落漆
今天補給真的很好 可惜我只要跑步一吃東西 肚子就會作怪 所以也不敢多吃
