頭 10K 約 1Hr, 之後慢慢加速. 21K 約 2Hr. 之後見心跳標高咗, 同腳有少少緊, 32K 約 3Hr 多少少. 之後開始想抽筋.
33 ~ 35 K 真係抽咗. 要搵人幫手拉. 之後跑走大法. 最後鬆咗尾 K 都仲可以衝返去.
今次可能太早加速. 台灣試吓再遲少少先加速.
