(比賽文)
比賽的天前兩天~
騎車時,遇到三寶阿伯衝出害我滑倒,好險車速不快,不過壓到肌腱和拇指破皮,想說慘了,但禮拜六時,不怎麼痛~比賽繼續就是拼了~~
起跑時,微微下雨又陰天不太熱,天時地利真的棒
~跑到第5k時自覺狀況也很好,足底筋膜也不痛了
10k時45分,腳完全不痛,狀況極佳,速度繼續加
半馬才1:33想說今天穩了
到了25k平均配速4:25 繼續衝
到了30k速度依舊沒有變慢
結果33k狀況來了~我想說肚子餓吃了一顆番茄,突然一陣反胃~能量包和番茄起化學反應?
想說放慢拍拍肚子,休息一下接下來速度就完全提不起啦~ 反胃的感覺一直存在~我的經驗告訴我馬拉松最後的3k很重要❗️我也在30k時一直告訴自己是否要降速調整
最後的爆掉是怎麼救都救不回來~ 結果真的我最後3k腳都不聽使喚了~腳完全不是自己的~就這樣~最後不到700時被交管擋了2、30秒

總結:還是很開心又開始正常跑馬和訓練~能跑步就是開心🙂 、能無傷就是最棒的獎勵
今年的夏天,要開始去外環道做耐熱訓練和心肺訓練,期待年底再度滿血回歸~最重要的是無傷比較重要瞜
