第七馬,海風馬
出發時下大雨,穿著雨衣跑了一兩公里,全馬21k後的路線我覺得有點爛,也許之前有跑錯路的經驗,所以對於這種不斷重複的路線感覺很不安,每經過一個補給站我都問志工,我幾公里了,在這是對的嗎?還觀察跑友有沒有拿信物,為什麼他們23k沒有信物,我35k 卻在一樣的路段,就這樣問志工花了不少時間。最後四公里覺得有機會破4,想要認真跑,卻遇到大水窟,還要踩磚頭緩慢通行,然後又莫名奇妙多了600公尺,回終點又忘記按錶。總之,均速5:44,距離破四還要再努力幾分鐘,這麼老了還能破PB,應該要多給自己一點鼓勵。我難過的是如果今天破4我就要軟爛跑了,看來我的課業還要繼續😏。
