(上一場超馬才43,所以我沒列入超馬)
女總10....然後又是分2,山路你真的是可怕(上坡)又可愛(下坡),兩趟的山路陡到無怨尤呀!上坡都沒有人有辦法跑,連步兵都吃力,根本需要登山仗呀!第二趟山路雙手都腫了,於是不敢再喝水也沒再進食跑了20幾K的山路,直到進終點才消退一半(還好我體力還不差),不知為何會這樣。
今天很多朋友當志工,拍照拍不停,志工們都很熱情,老天爺也賞個好天氣,涼爽舒適。,唯一美中不足的,就是災後重建尚未完整,變動路線少了4公里多。
