終於有一場100K是跑得自己滿意的,整體狀況感覺都還不錯,沒有什麼大撞牆,補給也做得還OK,希望未來也可以有這樣好的調整!!
這次自已有一大克服,就是願意保持愉快的心情去跑水泥路...不知道是賽前已知道大致路況,還是心態有調整好,總之保持享受比賽的心情,果然有正面的幫助!!!
