23k中長跑
跑前就設定好差不多要跑到4'30"左右,
熱身完也可以接上中小團的T15,
但沒想到一開始就跟錯車,跟到249的,
跟了1K發現3'55",太快了,趕快換車,
換到259,結果跟了5~6K,心率超標(進T配),
再換車,換到310的車,跟了8~9K,
心率雖然還是超標,但是在M配,還可以~
跑到最後1~2K時,右腳有點緊,
要來去治療了。
今天把2包膠倒在水裡,還不錯,
跑中一包BCAA。
