第一次夜跑沒有爆很大,繞圈賽的好處就是很快熟悉路況更容易配速,而且交管非常確實,非常優質的賽事!休息四個多月月跑量都沒有破百的下場,就是後段續航力變得好差,看來要趕緊加緊腳步把體能練回來,才能應付接下連馬跑季!
