跑到7k時左腳屁股就開始痛
這時就覺得完了後還有三十幾k~要怎麼跑啊~
一直降速撐到二十幾k實在是受不了了~
後面還好遇到吳國熊陪跑到37k(爬坡用走:下坡及平路就慢慢跑)
後面換王教練也陪跑~終於跑跑走走完賽了
這場的緩坡及爬坡真是硬斗啊~@@
