諸羅山馬拉松,原本設定350-410區間完成,和小白緩緩配速,前半馬花1小時59分,輕鬆自在,30km還在4小時設定範圍,但是.........
真的太熱了!兩人決定改當吃貨,邊走邊跑,可樂啤酒喝到爽!最後5km被炫富抓到,慢慢龜回來,4小時30分完賽!
好久沒這樣爽爽跑了!
