發哥的嗆聲~都是讓我前進的動力
辛苦四個月的練習時間~終於完賽~~
五座山頭~五進五出~跟洗三溫暖一樣
雖然中間一度抽筋~所以最後還是平安復活了
百K比我想像的還不容易~需要加強的部份還很多~
