30公里後,明顯體力不濟,軟腳!
最後三、四公里喝完啤酒就跟不上娘子的腳步,回程到二公里處就跟路邊阿伯乾三杯啤酒了!酒後不飆速,慢慢散步回去!
我需要再加強鍛鍊了。
