| 第12馬 合歡山越野馬拉松
一早約04:30大村火車煩請寬哥開車我及啓宏一同前往清境參加合歡馬。
在會場與強納森、寬哥、啓宏及我一起跑剛跑就有感空氣稀薄不久就習慣跑到10K就開始連續上坡了意志力也被削弱了原本就打算爬山健行看風景的賽事,開始跟強哥及啓宏站站吃美食13.5K補給最好有停最久停20分吃豬肉蔥捲及雞肉湯、紅豆湯..橘子...沿路上坡只能走走到根本不想跑沿途照相到松雪樓走完上坡時間也過4小時以上距離關門還剩3.5小時,開始用跑的但還是站站停吃補給最後再7:23回到終點差7分被關門,有史以來最混的一場硬賽事也是走最大....但下回還想參加嗎??? 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
