太陽熱情加上這個月實在太多事
就只能以賽代訓方式練很少
一起跑狀況還行可以跟著小龜過半馬
跑進河濱沒多久體力大掉
只好抱著無痛玩賽心情在跑
後半段幾乎都是在晒人乾
跑完又黑了一圈賽後脫皮
這次路線小改前段的點是蠻有特色
加上看到熱情的私補
