前半馬配速 心率控制的不錯,心想有機會衝撞255 高標,結果在21K處自己不小心,工作人員的不注意,讓我自己一人多跑約800m,當下發現自己跑錯趕緊折返,此時心情受到跑錯路線影響,整體的配速與心率都完全亂了,情緒也明顯受到影響,原本還有競爭力拼成績,可是當下心裡真的好嘔,越想心裡越嘔,後來自己越跑越沒力,只想趕緊結束這場賽事。PS,42.195K /3:00:45s
