半馬後一面倒的悲傷!已經知道這是一場平地馬應該很好跑,一開始就以4:30~4:40配速前進,但是當跑到吊橋時覺得沒什麼力量輸出覺得怎麼會這麼快就耗盡,一直試圖要拉快速度但是就是力不從心,之後就索性不看表也不看配速跑多少就算多少以完賽為目標。這是近幾場來爆的特別顯著一場也是跑得最累一場,慢慢跑慢慢走也是一種歷練,之後以為不能保4,還好前半段有多儲存點時間,不然應該4個多小時吧!下一場...繼續努力之硬斗雙潭馬!
