耐不了熱,太陽出來就GG了!
35K左右大腿抽筋的感覺一直上來,
只能跑跑走走了,感覺來的時候就走一段,
感覺比較消退的時後就跑一下,
一直到39K,去年的記憶之後應該都是下坡跟平路,
找個和諧的方式慢慢跑起來,
最後比去年慢了1分半~
38K補給站的大哥強力推薦中寮的柳丁,
真的很甜,吃了6瓣才離開。
