今天ㄧ早出門前往會場,才走到一半,發現手機不見啦!
不過今天是來跑馬拉松的,這件事最重要,當下決定不回去找了。
所以這次什麼照片也沒拍,也處於失聯狀態,跑完在會場也沒敢留太久,嗑完一個麵包,ㄧ根香蕉,兩瓶水,三顆蕃茄,加上泡腳後就回飯店找手機了。
也幸好跟我想像的ㄧ樣,被好心人撿到櫃檯,才能留下寥寥幾張可憐的照片。
每次跑馬都像是上了一堂課,若沒學到教訓,這門課還得重上。
30k撞牆期這門課我上很久了,就連PB長野馬都無法避免,沒有一場30k後還能輕鬆跑的。 心理因素當然也有關係,但根本上還是訓練質量不足。
每次都前半馬跑得順順,接著開始擔心第30k, 結果就是各種悲劇。
比賽是從平常的生活調整就開始了,上場只是驗收成果,接下來要改進哪些部份也清楚,就看怎麼執行。這一場剛好達到賽前自我評估的低標,給自己60分。
