| 今天參加上半年最後一場第8馬賽事,有不少坡道也還好,最主要是天氣有點悶熱,經常在黃昏時跑,終於吃到苦頭!起跑到折返算滿順,等大太陽出來,可就累了,到35k時持續降速再降速,勉強撐完後面賽程!
賽道規劃與補給算不錯,看出主辦單位有用心!個人調整狀況不是很好,在來自高手眾多賽事,能順利進入分九,運氣還不錯,感謝跑友們鼓勵加油!
