早晨約五點半雨才停,六點起床準備出發~六點四十永寧站起跑,雨過天就放晴,陽光還不至於悶熱,沿途跑承天路人車較少,但缺點就是比較陡,過桐花公園續往長城溪,接104線道到鹿母潭共12.5k,折返回永寧站,兩個半小時內順利完成山路晨跑。由於這兩天下雨,把桐花都打掉了,且桐花也不多,要賞桐花的朋友,別抱希望,上山走走到是可以(^^)
