賽前暖身~小心保護膝蓋~明天下班就要前往台北~準備後天銀谷半馬賽~不能太累~由於颱風杰拉華攪局~外圍環流可能導致這場賽事下雨舉辦~因此今天我特別不穿襪~一開始還算OK~但是到了12K後慢慢有摩擦的感覺ORZ
