原本以為賽前充足睡眠應該會有好狀況,但用全馬4小時配速跑到18k之後右腿後肌腱就爆了,每一步都在痛,只好果斷放棄破4,慢慢跑享受氣氛。
賽前宣言: 第一次去日本就是去跑馬拉松!跟好姐妹雨婷一起去,希望我們都能達到自己的目標(破4、破5)也能玩得開心~
