賽前一兩個禮拜以來,右小腿肚一直處在緊繃的狀態,我也一直忽略按摩的重要,在出發後到25K都還不錯,果然這時右小腿肚有種要大抽的感覺,無奈之下只要一直降速,也一直降步距,老實說有點怨自己不重視平常的按摩,不然其實今天跑感不錯,還好有撐下去,維持個人平常水準,真的不經一事不長一智!!
