今天特別注意伸展舒緩~左膝蓋有點改善!但是由於中秋節的柚子剩下的吃太多~變成有敲門的狀況..還有還有我的腹肌最下面的好像有反應~小小的抽痛..希望是第七第八~因為現在我越來越重視重訓了哈!
