今天整條路線就只有兩位同事和我,沒有騎腳踏車和跑步的,我有是自己先跑,所以有點孤單;
歸納今天有兩件事以後要避免:沒有跑超過29公里的就直接跳到4字頭(風險一),沒有帶補給,只帶300CC的水就上了,還好宇老派出所又要了300CC,原本想買臭豆腐,都沒人上門,所以鍋子是冷的,等鍋子熱了,我也冷了(風險二);
今天的收穫是確認櫻花馬初馬應該不會被關門,還有就是如果跑平地路線馬拉松,應該4.5小時內可以達陣,不過還需再多練一練!
