昨天休跑今天力氣不錯,起跑天氣很涼,刻意用點速度讓身子不要太涼,雙腿還滿有勁的,就加點速度去跑了,中間覺得右小腿有點緊,右後膝窩也緊,就放慢速度不要再加快了,慢慢跑吧!
覺得好些就跑快些,不好就跑慢點,隨興隨興。
禮拜天還有雙膝硬化馬要跑,不要不累了!
