早上起來感到大腿及左臀都有點痠痠的,心理也有點惰性,但有點涼的溫度及農村風光的鄉下自行車道實在很適合跑步,而且昨天也休跑了一天,還是邁開尚未熱機的雙腳跑出去,一開始有點跑不動,想說那就慢慢跑好了,進入自行車道後身體開始慢慢適應,越來越感到輕鬆,雖然不久太陽就出來了,但溫度不算高,跑起來蠻舒適的,路上也遇到幾位跑友,本來來回是16公里,覺得身體狀況還好,就在某些路段折返幾次湊到25K,跑完右腳底有點痛,上周四就有點感覺,昨天打完網球就有點明顯,今天跑時雖然有感覺但還好,但跑完就有點不舒服了,再觀察看看!
