| 一開始感覺還不錯,就是天氣冷了點,邊跑邊流鼻涕,15K前大約都維持在5分速,16K開始小腿輕微感覺抽筋,每次進水站慢下來時,都隱隱約約感覺隨時會抽筋,半馬之後更明顯,又啟動了走走跑跑的模式,大約34.4K時被4小時的配速員超車了⋯雖然比上次成績好一點,但SUB4還是失守了! 賽前宣言: 第一個海外馬,就是六大馬之一!第一次報名抽籤就中了~Lucky!!! 賽後評分: Great 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
