賽前預計慢慢跑當LSD練習...
結果還是因為自己訓練量不足+粉熱....
後半段整個偷懶跟朋友一起在當步兵(不過當時覺得用走路的比跑起來還累(痠痛).... 有大大也有這樣子的經驗嗎??)
