基本訓練
阿勃樂半馬發生換氣過度後全休了三天,原本打算放棄禮拜天的大崗山半馬,不過今天小跑了一下,呼吸還可以,雖然速度放很慢,但感覺還不錯,明天再試一下,如果可以的話就準備備戰大崗山!
