颱風攪局啊!!鎮西堡沒得去,只好往天湖跑~
也好~換點口位,來點新路現。不然幾乎就要週週上宇老了~哈哈!!
賽前只擬訂了一個目標~4小時開頭...結果真是殘念~差了4秒鐘...雖然說我手錶記的是4:59:59....超級剛好XD
都是第二趟折返太混了...也太高估自己...想說下山一小時(13.5K)就好...沒有把進站補給時間抓進去,只好努力守住手錶時間了,真是的...哈哈!!
開賽時,想說今天感覺一開始有機會嘗試一下前導車的說,結果惰性大發...又是熱身先開始...之後努力追看看~沒想到竟然是449提醒我的雄哥大大在帶領,也難怪追不到...只有被拉開的份(SUB3果然不是蓋的...),前半段約11.5K的上坡路都還算好跑,只有最後約2K的抖抖上~真的滿厲害的坡~幸好兩趟都守住了!!!
只要關於速度的~看來還需要磨練磨練~加油啦!!
不然只能靠這比賽來騙騙總排了...哈哈~
