本來以為這週的80K是無望完成了,
因為預計進帳的那個23K變成19.24K,再加上星期六忽大忽小的雨勢,著實給它小小煩腦XD,教練說不能用補的,但就算想補~下週也是Mizuno接力賽,這...這...這是要怎麼補...就在這時候看到"225跑團FB"誠哥放消息應"irene"姐姐要求,週日會開"長距離訓練"團練,預計會有一匹馬的距離,水啦,缺的這個"業績"~^0^~
然後不要多問早上到第2體育場集合就對了!!!
停好車,就看到可愛的226夥伴們,開始了226參賽/團練的慣例~邊拍照+邊熱身+邊哈啦+邊耍寶...LSD自主訓練麼~輕輕鬆鬆跑的跟著誠哥跑就對了(80K-完成 K.O.)~^0^~
這回合能跑完LSD,真的要感謝226的感謝許多人,在這麼促下成行,真的給它很不簡單~
首先要感謝的是~哲大的超級補給,當每每缺水、缺糧⋯就會看到可愛小比臘,這時就知道我們的超級補給車就在附近,真的看到比臘就等於看到希望~真的太感動了,不然不要說42k,如果只靠身上的補給可能只夠完21K,真的太感謝了⋯Y(^_^)Y~
接下來要感謝炳榮跟誠哥向導,讓我們知道除美美的竹22以外,還有另外一條美美的"鄉間美徑',還有長跑真的比較好玩~Y(^_^)Y~
另外要感謝irene姐姐的主揪,如果沒有妳要脅誠哥,就沒這場鄉間小路的''鄉村馬'',本週我們的業績就都無法達成:P
