睡過頭之一個人的獅仔頭山練習 還好今天狗兒很乖都沒有來欺負我 18K遇到弘弘 PERRY 回碧潭前最後的上坡 股四頭肌 開始有不舒服的感覺 上坡完接著下坡過全家沒多久 果然爆了 大腿整個變硬的 連動都不能動 遇到好心人說要載我回去 因為不好意思麻煩別人 所以拒絕他了 後來他教我上下摸腿的後側 神奇的是摸一摸 竟然可以走了 原本硬掉的肌肉也變軟了 就自己走回碧潭搭車
