近兩個月沒長距離且密集的練跑,肌力衰退不少,前半程還能妄想Sub 4,23公里後被4小時配速員追過後,就開始隨興跑了。與去年相比活動的缺點多了些,包括完賽後的動線混亂、流動廁所比去年還少、另外米粉大街段施工,也讓腳底非常不舒服;但些微地更改路線,讓全馬里程變的很準,這是非常值得讚賞的!
