涼爽的好天氣終於sub4再破pb~
前21k維持在練習時的配速~
但折返之後輕忽了回程的逆風加上有些坡度~
就這樣從21k之後一路掉速~
35k之後小腿快抽筋的fu~
還有進步的空間~
不過此場不愧是IAAF的賽事,獎牌、完賽後的動線都非常完美加上acer提供即時成績(共11個感應點)和即時照片~
