再次連兩週比賽,好友旭中因為出差讓出全馬,讓我有體驗新竹馬的熱情!前半程一路跟小俠穩定配速以 141完成前半馬,但左膝在16K時就微痛,忍至半馬後進水站吃了止痛藥續拼後半馬,後半程體力漸漸下降,至 27K時被 330配速列車追過,勉強跟至 30K無力咬住,只能被海放,32K時跟小俠看了時間230,如果後 10K配 5分速仍可 330,但跑量不足下,根本就沒力了,退而求其次340就好,但代誌不是"憨人"想的那麼簡單,34K後自己帶的巧克力七顆都吃光了,雙手也微微發麻,"真害"血糖開始降低,緊接著段續有抽筋的感覺,只好啟動跑走戰術,心想終點怎麼還沒到,經過最後一站補給站時,停下來狂吃、噴肌樂拉筋!最後 2K了,加油"我可以的",但天不從人願,左右大腿開始輪流抽,跑幾歩就抽!停下續伸展拍打大腿!最後2K仿佛是我跑馬以來最遠的2K,結果可想而知340也沒了!狼狽的差點用走的進終點!(還好有小碎歩進終點站),最後勉強保 4!
