第二屆也是第二次參賽,再次破PB,天時地利人和,真是個好比賽。前半馬完全在配速掌控中;第三個10公里開始有點辛苦,但專心而認真地維持了配速;最後10公里仍是很苦,想回到配速,但做不到。認真的練習總是有回饋的,特別是最艱難的最後10公里,沒撞牆,沒掉速得太嚴重,只是體能與心志尚須鍛煉就是了。
