2021台北馬拉松 PB321
前一晚八點半上床,睡到早上三點半就醒了,在家吃完早餐才出門,五點半抵達市政府,短袖+雨衣剛剛好,這次的起跑分流比去年好,ABCDEF組有拉線阻隔,這次分在B組,10秒就可以跑到起跑線,而且前面及身邊的人都衝很快,不會塞車。依慣例前30k都會跑太快,因為身體覺得都還OK,但33k之後總是會有狀況,今年從35k開始有抽筋現象(雖然每站都補一口運動飲料),一路請工作人員噴撒隆巴斯到38k,末段的速度是極速,再快就會抽,最後就只能以這種速度進場了,小小破了PB 4分鐘~
或許2022二月台北渣打馬可以試一下前慢後快的配速看看~
賽後評分: 補給中規中矩,賽道比去年好些,不過有些路段(南港展館附近)經過工地,卡車廢油味影響呼吸,可惜~
