想說慢慢跑 LSD , 太久沒跑了, 天氣又不太穩定, 幸好有帶傘, 有時雨下的還滿大, 只好撐傘跑.. 13k 跑去便利商店補給一下, 後來去操場跑到 15k , 大腿感覺要抗議了,就再多跑個 1k , 退步太多了, 要加緊練習長距離..
