乾咳一個禮拜了這兩天變濃黃痰,咳嗽喉嚨都快把肺咳出來了拉⋯
跑前把肺跟喉嚨清理一下,所幸起跑都沒事,但是10k 吃能量包就狂乾嘔咳嗽跑得真的很不爽呢,後來20k 就進水站吃完能量在喝水啦,30k 附近看到大哥用走的,我也停下來陪走一段,後面一堆趁我走路時候虎視眈眈刷我卡立馬跟上去,只可惜乾嘔嘔吐咳嗽狀況不斷就放掉了,可惜了前面配速配這麼好 在努力吧
