***更謝謝R2R黃彥良的貼心照顧按摩,即時舒緩我多次僵硬的肩膀,也謝謝小豬的拍照。

----------------------------------------賽中身體狀況:
1)第一個4小時44K;第二個4小時31K;第三個4小時25K。
2)左後肩膀在4小時後,數次僵硬,幸好有彥良&Bubu按摩舒緩。
3)左邊橫隔膜在賽中約5hr、8hr痛過一次,在休息及舒緩走路後解除;但最後一次10小時至結束,用休息及按摩舒緩都無法壓下,只能用每小時6k的跑走法帶過。事後覺得應該是沒有正常補給及身體出現異狀及未能妥善處理。
4)81K(約9小時)身體已經疲累,體力大幅下降,吃不下東西,進補給站及休息時間太長。體能大爆炸,最後用意志力撐完。
