高雄Roy Lee 高雄Roy Lee 一早似乎在作夢,按掉了5點的鬧鐘,夢醒時分,看窗外天已微亮,才驚覺睡過頭,一看時間06:05,還好離家近,很趕但還好趕上了,不過起跑的節奏整個打亂,又來不及熱身,加上練習的跑量不足,為避免再受傷,只好計劃跑個關門馬
最後成績保六失敗,都是海尼根害的XD(其實是自己懶,疏於練習),過24km小腿就有快抽筋的感覺,為避免大抽爆掉,只有邊跑邊走(500M/500M),不過天氣先涼後熱再涼,好像在洗三溫暖啊XD
