為了讓腿傷有時間恢復,休了兩天沒跑。今天也是一樣起跑時腿卡卡的,感覺要抽不抽筋的,盡力維持配速跟上,然後有坡就上不停歇,後段身體熱開後,試著逐漸加速看看,但速度也就這樣了,不算冷的天氣還流了不少汗!無事終了!
