難得天氣這麼好,脫掉外套整個就是大解放前面體感配速還好,可是到了上坡心率拉高整個人像暈車狂嘔吐,這幾個月耐熱訓練有做就算沒睡好也不該啊,又一次被擊落改天來去抽血驗一下甲亢好了希望沒事明年還要不要雪恥呢?🤬
