嘗試以所謂的馬拉松配速M慢慢跑10K
結果發現,原來想降速到7:15並維持這速度也不容易啊
不過若跑山路
倒是可以很容易就降到8~9分速了 XD
認真說起來,看似最簡單的運動
只是兩腳前後擺動的跑步,裡頭的學問還挺不簡單的…
