昨天傍晚原本想趕快把long run跑掉,但吃太飽消化需要時間,怕跑完太晚影響睡眠,改為今天晨跑,原本想從天黑跑到天亮,但最近睡眠品質太差,賴床賴到快七點才出門,戴了墨鏡出去讓體感不要太熱,幸好天氣算是涼爽的!為了增添路線的新鮮感,就用公園接力賽的方式進行,跑到一個公園就必須繞其外圍一整圈之後才能繼續,盡可能收集越多公園越好。果然一轉眼就跑了超半馬。只是最近似乎有心肌炎的症狀,可能要就醫一下。
