台東陳阿誠 台東陳阿誠 在這場子跑了三次100k,今天想說來點改變,可是不是進一步挑戰100mi,而是往下跑50k,陪隊友一起早點跑完也不錯。
昨晚在民宿聽到呼嘯的風雨聲,就想著夜跑組一定很辛苦。還好早上雨就停了,起跑不久還露出陽光,真的驗證氣象預報的圖,有太陽有雲又有雨,歐不對,還有很強的風。還好是從側面吹來,大部分的路段沒什麼影響,只是不太好保持平衡。
目標配速524,第一趟10k還能維持在五分出頭,第二趟出太陽之後就有點吃不消,回程開始掉速了。感覺地面水氣蒸發造成空氣悶濕,我也渾身濕濕黏黏的,可是這趟走的匆忙沒帶帽子和墨鏡,只能脫掉眼鏡不停抹臉,水也喝了不少。
這距離只跑過一次,是四年前的南橫,那是我的初超馬,跑了六小時。現在狀況當然不太一樣了,所以也不太確定會怎麼樣。跑完舒服的前兩趟,身體的刺痛感從36k左右開始,突然覺得不好使力,好想停下來了。早上忙著貼肌內效沒上廁所,現在有點肚子在翻滾,吃東西也會反胃,看來狀況不太好。可是最後一趟了,就忍一下吧。只有小解減輕負擔,吞能量膠時也要小口慢慢來。折返42k之後最難受,可能習慣了在這裡結束,沒把握還能使力。結果在這附近陸續追上文輝哥、紹軒、小戴姐等名將,看來大家都覺得不太好受。最後一個補給站沒水,算了咬牙撐回去,結果最後反而還能加速,只是早已守不住430了。
